A Petition for SCOTUS Term Limits

Partisanship has infected the Supreme Court confirmation process and how justices decide the court’s most important cases.

We don’t care who created this problem or how it began. We want to fix it.

Leading constitutional scholars believe that ending life tenure at the court in favor of terms of a more reasonable length could decrease partisanship and rein in the institution’s unbridled power.
